Many of our clients have inclusive interview processes whereas many different stakeholders (internally and/or externally) are required to interview all of the final candidates. 


These different stakeholder groups usually focus on different areas, and as such, these focus points should be fully incorporated into the recruiting process. We do this to ensure a holistic approach in candidate curation.
