Clinical Director (Director of Rainier Clinic)

The Director of our Rainier Clinic is responsible for the overall management, program integrity, planning, coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, program auditing, personnel management, customer relations, and other supervisory functions.
The Director is to establish program direction and policy, while monitoring the management of the programs resources, and the coordination of overall service delivery and personnel administration.
The person in this role will work from our Pioneer Counseling – Rainier Clinic in Seattle, which supports clients in their recovery from mental health and substance use disorder issues, while providing the following services:
- Outpatient individual and group counseling.
- Psycho-social assessments.
- Psychiatric evaluations.
- Medication management and monitoring.
- Emphasis on integration of mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
- Referral to treatment.
